Who We Are
Prime Matchmaking is a private matchmaking service operated by Flutter Connect Ltd. Prime is separate from the self-directed Trueflutter dating app experience and is designed around confidential application review, human matchmaking judgment, curated recommendations, mediated introductions, and limited messaging after mutual alignment.
Information We Collect
We collect information you submit through Prime application and onboarding surfaces, including name, contact details, location, relationship goals, preferences, written answers, profile photos, voice notes, introduction requests, messages, and related support communications.
When Prime is used with the existing Trueflutter CRM, we may also process sales and service information such as lead stage, consultation history, payment-readiness status, call notes, tasks, and communication logs. CRM lead records remain part of the sales and operations workflow; Prime matchmaking profile records power the matchmaking product experience.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to review applications, verify account access, prepare client profiles, support matchmaker review, rank potential recommendations, create curated dossiers, mediate introduction requests, open eligible message threads, provide support, maintain audit records, and improve the service.
Prime may use compatibility and ranking logic to support matchmaker judgment. We do not present algorithmic ranking as a guarantee of compatibility, safety, relationship outcome, or future conduct.
Confidentiality And Visibility
Prime is not an open browsing platform. Profiles are not public. Members see only information made available through a matchmaker-created recommendation, an introduction workflow, or an eligible message thread.
Profile photos, voice notes, application answers, and messages are stored in private systems and are subject to access controls. We may review submitted content for moderation, safety, quality, and operational purposes.
Sharing
We may share limited profile or introduction information with another member only when it is necessary for a curated recommendation or mediated introduction. We may share information with service providers who support hosting, authentication, email, messaging, analytics, storage, customer support, or security, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a business transfer.
Retention And Deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Prime, maintain operational and legal records, preserve safety and audit trails, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. You may request correction or deletion of eligible information by contacting us.
Certain records, including payment-related, security, audit, moderation, and dispute records, may need to be retained even after a deletion request.
